SPANDAN –a ten bedded CCC for HIV positive people (PLWHA) in Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur with the financial assistance of CBCI- Commission for Health under Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) Round 6 programme.This Project implemented by Jalpaiguri HRIDAY (A NGO)
