TCS was established in 1991 at Patna, Bihar, India by Mr. Amaresh Shanker after his return to India from the USA where he had gone on a “Rotary Foundation Cultural Ambassadorial Scholarship". Since then, TCS has been involved in providing career guidance to prospective students who wish to pursue higher studies abroad in search of vectored growth and knowledge and thereby to adopt a promising and rewarding career. At TCS, the students are provided all sorts of assistance….from selection of a right course to finally arriving at a campus abroad.
